Synopsis

Synopsis

Synopsis
Wei Liang has married nine years, has a son and a daughter, and her husband Wei Yeh conducts the business of curios & furniture ornaments, and they live happily. In order to own such happiness, she worries about everything which may endanger the whole family, but only one thing she forgets to worry is the love of her husband to her.
One day Wei Liang’s childhood playmate An Ping she has not met for many years suddenly appears, which brings about a cruel fact—Wei Yeh has extra-marital affairs, and the object is just An Ping’s younger sister An Ling, young, beautiful, wholeheartedly intending to become a dancing star, with a charming body.
Wei Liang is determined to find An Ling for negotiation, and in the negotiation, An Ling expresses unwillingness to give up Wei Yeh, so Wei Liang angrily leaves home. Synopsis

Synopsis
Fu Shan Town is a quiet, simple and sincere place, and the appearance of twelve large sea tortoises make the whole town in disorder.
Lin Hwa-Chung, Hsiao-Pang, Huang Ming-Feng are sworn confederates of one mind, and they are often so enchanted at the seaside as to forget about home and arrive late. Synopsis
During the last years of Japanese occupation in Taiwan, as tenants from the preceding generation, the family of Chen Fa and Chen Kuo-Tsui two brothers was suffering from poor harvest. With a deaf old mother, a mental disordered sister whose husband was killed in war overseas, and a bunch of children with no productive ability, it was not hard to imagine that they were really poor.
The landholder went to the country to find refuge, the two brothers entertained him with all their heart. But no one would ever know that after the full-hearted treatment, the landholder declared that all the dry farmland would be sold out. The next day, a heavy unexploded bomb fell down from the sky on the two brothers’ small farmland and brought a shock to the whole village. The sergeant was pleased because it was a great chance for his promotion, a wish for a long time.
The brothers warshiped the “gift for the Emperor of Japan” just as they worshiped their ancestors. Then under the serious escort of the sergeant, the bomb was on the way to the town for the superior. On the way through the rugged mountain path, conditions happened all the time to the bomb. The sergeant and the two brothers all showed their spirit for “bomb first, life second” and carried the bomb into the town. But who could have expected that the Japanese were frightened by the bomb and ordered them to throw it into the sea. They were disappointed and could do nothing but obeyed the order. The bomb exploded when thrown into the sea. A great number of dead fishes come out of the sea. The two borthers rushed into the water to collect the fishes and took off their trousers to load fishes. The two brothers came back home. When they saw their exciting family enjoy the fishes, they felt that God is fair. Luck will come from the heaven anyway.

Synopsis
In the spring of 1987 in Taipei, Su Chen-Kuo, an American retuned student, returns to his mother country, and besides visiting relatives, he will still find some friends, one is Huang I-Mei, a girl once in love with him, another is Liu Mei-Feng, mixed blood of Chinese and American. They get acquainted with one another in the winter of 1987 in the activities of enjoying snow scenes at Ho Huan Mountain.
In that winter, these big children, fully entertain the mood of expectation to enjoy snow scenes. On the high mountain at 3400 meters elevation above sea level, there is meanwhile stationed a troop receiving operation training for cold localities.
The good circumstances don’t last long, next morning after they go up the mountain, the radio broadcasts the news of the United States severing diplomatic ties with the Republic of China. Boys and girls, painful at heart, join the ceremony of hoisting the national flag of the troop. And when the national flag is slowly hoisted, these big boys and girls and the soldiers can not help singing loudly in unison “National Flag Song”.
Under the shade of dark atmosphere in the barracks of Ho Huan Mountain, Liu Mei-Feng, unable to stand the humiliation of the easily excited big boys, very sad, rushes deep in the mountain, and together with su Chen-Kuo, Huang I-Mei, who go to find her, are lost in the mountain.

Nine years later, in a chain store for instant food in Taipei, he meets the store manager, Lu La-La formerly in the China Youth Corps, and together they talk about the details of these years, and also fecollect the travel of Ho Huan Mountain of the former time.
He entertains the mood of recontinuing the old predestind relationship to find Huang I-Mei, and she is already a sophisticated and experienced female reporter.
He also finds Liu Mei-Feng, and she is not the unrestrained girl as before, and seeing her, Su Chen-Kuo determines never to tell her about the matter of the video tape.

Dust In The Wind

Synopsis
Having completed junior high education, Ah-Yuan leaves his hometown and gets to Taipei City to work. With him, it is Ah-yun, the girl with whom A-yuan grew up together.
He is 15, but has been together with Ah-yun for 14 years. In Taipei, they have a very hard life. He has to make money to support himself, his family and his tuition. He wishes to complete university education.
They are extremely busy, but happy. They are concerned about each other.
Perhaps there is love fostering between them. They, however do not perceive it. In their very early child-hood, they have been together.
Then, Ah-yuan is drafted into military service. On the eve of departure, An-yun gives him a very unusual gift—1,096 self-addressed and postal stamped envelopes. She wishes that Ah-yuan would write her every day during the three-year military service period, in which, there is one leap year.
Perhaps Ah-yun is too much lonely when Ah-yuan is away from her. Until Ah-yuan uses up the 1,096 envelopes she gave him, she marries somebody else.
The heartbroken Ah-yuan fosters no hate against her at all. He is puzzled why Ah-yun would ever desert him. Nevertheless, never shall he ask her such a question. Instead, he has un-countable blessings to her, for her happiness.

Be My Lovely Child Again

Synopsis
Miao Hwa began to have fever incomprehensibly a year ago.

Synopsis
